Sewer and water connection

On this job the owner had a septic system that was failing, at which point they had the option to install a new septic or hook up to city sewer and water. The cost for this area is about the same and the homeowner opted for city sewer and water!

New Construction

This was a unique job where the property had 2 water and 2 sewer lines stubbed in. Before we could hook new house up, we had to disconnect extra water and sewer lines from the main under the street.

Sewer line replacement

This job was in downtown Rochester, MN. The customer had a 6 inch clay sewer line that had broken. We safely excavated until we found the section of broken pipe, after removing broken section we replaced with new Sch 40 pvc.
